  • The tenant pays a monthly rent equal to 20% of the consumed electricity.
  • The tenant participates in the maintenance of the transformer substation (TS) and other expenses related to the uninterrupted operation of the charging stations, according to the electricity consumption.

  2. Service Agreement – under which the executor, LLC “E-ONE”, receives 5% of the revenue from the electricity sold to consumers for support and software services.
  • The property owner, at their own expense and with the full assistance of LLC “E-ONE”, prepares the necessary permits and installs the equipment, while LLC “E-ONE” carries out commissioning and setup of the equipment.
  • LLC “E-ONE”, upon mutual agreement, may independently handle all work related to obtaining permits, installation, and commissioning of the equipment. The cost of these services must be agreed upon and included in the purchase agreement for the charging stations.
  • LLC “E-ONE” connects the charging stations to a unified software system and ensures uninterrupted technical support.
  • The equipment owner ensures the uninterrupted operation of the transformer substation (TS) at their own expense.
